Wellicht een vreemde oproep.
Ik zelf heb een bepaalde soort schildpad en deze leven in India/Pakistan. Het voedsel wat ze daar veel eten is het plantje hydrilla verticillata, hier zit onder andere veel calcium in. Nu ben ik dus op zoek naar dit plantje en hoop deze bij iemand hier op het forum te vinden.
Een stekje zou mooi zijn.

Waterpest is nauw verwant aan hydrilla, dat is wat makkelijker te krijgen, werkt dat ook?

Gaat mij juist om de hoge calcium waarde. Weet eerlijk gezegd niet of deze in waterpest ook zo hoog is. En verder is het ook ter decoratie en vind het dan ook leuk om de natuurlijke habitat te benaderen.
